Guest Services

These leaders are often the face of Radiant Church and is often times the first people our attendees come in contact with. The roles vary from greeting at the doors, directing traffic in the parking lot, ushering during services, serving up drinks in the cafe, praying with people or helping ensure a safe campus.


Radiant Church is passionately committed to discipling the next generation. This is a diverse area to serve in as ministries range from infants to high schoolers. There is a unique role available for everyone desiring to see young people fall in love with Jesus.


In this area, leaders use their gifts and abilities to help facilitate an atmosphere for God’s Presence to be fully experienced. Volunteers manage lights, sounds and graphics to minimize distractions during services.

Arts & Communication

This team uses their creativity to compose an innovative environment at Radiant through photography, art, design and video.


Leaders in this area use their musical abilities to lead the congregation into the presence of God through corporate worship. Whether through instruments or vocals, the goal is that an encounter and connection with God would occur.

Campus Support

This team helps keep Radiant Church running smoothly and looking beautiful. They work behind-the-scenes to help maintain the landscaping and clean the facilities.


The administrative team serves behind-the-scenes on Sundays or throughout the week in the office. They help count and process the offering, man the reception desk, or assist with data entry and various projects.

Hospitality Support

These leaders help meet the needs of Radiant’s congregation by making meals for families in transition and assisting with special events.


Community group leaders and assistants have a crucial role in making disciples at Radiant. They meet in homes and lead smalls groups of many sorts in the pursuit of a deeper relationship with Jesus.
